How are Shipping Cost Calculated?
When you place an order with us your shipping will automatically be calculated for you based on the weight
of the products and delivery location you selected. Just choose the option that suits you from the pull
down menu in the checkout process. Please note, during the summer months or when shipping to tropical areas, all products are shipped by 2-day air due to product sensitivity.
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?
In-stock orders received by 11am, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 2- 3 days.

Do you charge sales tax?
Michigan orders are subject to a 6.4% sales tax. All other orders are not subject to a sales tax.
How do you ship orders?
Orders are usually shipped by United Postal Service (UPS). During summer months, or when shipping to tropical climates, due to the sensitivity of the product, we ship 2 day. All other times of the year you can select your shipping preference.

Yes, we sell to exclusive spas, salons and boutiques. We have both retail sizes and professional sizes of our products available. What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
Your satisfaction is of most importance to us. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product please call us within 5 days of receipt and we will make it right. Please do not return an item to us without getting prior authorization first.
This is My First Time using your Sugar Scrub, How Do I Use It?
After cleansing, use your hands and scoop out a generous portion of the Sugar Scrub and rub all over your neck, shoulders, arms, stomach, and legs … and then rinse! You will get a gentle exfoliation from the fine milled sugar crystals which, upon contact with water, will emulsify and your skin will begin absorbing the Coconut, Vitamin E and Macadamia Oils, all rich moisturizers. Pat dry when you get out of the shower. No need to use lotion.
This product can also be used as a shaving cream. Uses as directed, once the exfoliating sugar
have rinsed off, shave your legs as you normally would. Your legs will be smooth and moisturized when
you’re done.
The product has also been known to be a great addition to a pedicure or the perfect way to end the day and give your feet some TLC that they deserve!
The Scrub Smells Wonderful is it Edible?
No, sorry please do not eat the product. While the sugar scrubs are made with organic and natural ingredients most of them do contain fragrance oils and are for external use only. Please keep the lid on them and keep them away from children.
What are the Body Oils Used For?
Our body oil is a Coconut, Macadamia, Vitamin E and Sweet Almond Oil based product with no petroleum or mineral oils in it. You can use this product right when you get out of the shower to lock in moisture then pat dry. Or you can use it in the shower as a shaving cream or as the last thing you do before getting out of the shower as a moisturizer. (Your skin will be more hydrated if you moisturize before completely drying off). The Body Oil can also be used after skin exposure, as a massage oil, to keep your nails and cuticles hydrated, as part of your nightly foot hydration ritual or as deep conditioner for your hair (put on hair before washing).
How is the Lip Scrub Used?
Our moisturizing lip scrub is gentle enough to be used every day. Just apply a small amount and rub in small circles on your lips.
Why do you use Coconut, Sweet Almond, Macadamia Nut and Vitamin E Oils?
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil's ability to nourish and heal the skin has been known in the tropics for hundreds of years. The benefit of coconut oil is known for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It also delays wrinkles, and sagging of skin which normally become prominent with age. Coconut oil is also helps in treating various skin problems including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections. Additionally, coconut oil helps in preventing premature aging and degenerative diseases due to its antioxidant properties.
Sweet Almond Oil Sweet Almond Oil is an excellent emollient, which has been known to alleviate dry skin, soothe inflammation ,relieves itching caused by eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis and also soothes sunburn. In addition, this oil is rich in vitamins as it contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.
Macadamia Nut This fine oil comes from the pressed nuts of the Macadamia tree. It is a priceless delight for the skin and has proven itself to be one of the best regenerative oils available. It is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, and closely resembles sebum (the oil naturally produced by ones skin to help protect it). Macadamia oil is fabulous, protective oil with a high absorption rate and has been successfully used as a healing oil for scars, sunburns, minor wounds and other irritations.
Vitamin E Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect from free-radical damage and against oxidation. It is absorbed well into the skin, improves skin's water binding ability and improves appearance of rough, dry and damaged skin.
